ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or is ready for pickup. 

 

FREE MAILOUT ON GIFT CARDS ONLY ORDERS

Purchase one or more physical gift cards and we will mail it out to you for free. These are the same gift cards and brochures that are available in the shop so save yourself the trip. See Shipping Times below to make sure you will get yours by the 25th.

 

LOCAL PICKUP IS FREE

Please wait for a confirmation email or text message indicating that your order is ready for pickup. You can book a float here and pickup your order when you come in or just drop by to grab it. Provide your ORDER NUMBER AND NAME when you arrive. Our updated hours can be found here.

WINNIPEG AREA DELIVERY

We are offering local delivery options within a 15km radius of FLOAT.Calm in Winnipeg. Have your orders in by Dec 21st to ensure delivery before the 25th.

SHIPPING GOODS IN CANADA

We ship anywhere in Canada. FREE shipping for domestic orders over $150. Shipping rates will be displayed at the time of checkout and start at $14.50 for most orders under 2kg. 

 

SHIPPING TIMES FOR GIFT CARDS AND TO P.O. BOXES

All gift card ONLY orders and shipments to P.O. Boxes will be sent via Canada Post. To receive your order by the 25th all orders must be placed by the 18th at the latest but please reference Canada Post's guidelines for shipping date times here

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to the USA. Shipping rates will be calculated at the time of checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. 

 

CHECKING ORDER STATUS

Upon checkout you will receive a link to the status of your order. When your order has shipped or is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification from us. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@floatcalm.com with your name and order number, and we will be happy to look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees or you can return your unused item to our FLOAT.Calm location. See our full refund policy here

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email immediately at hello@floatcalm.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
